Our Eligibility Services program is designed to help individuals and families access the support and resources they need to maintain financial stability and access healthcare services. Our team of dedicated professionals works with clients to assess their eligibility for a range of assistance programs, such as Medicaid, CHIP, CHIP Perinatal, or the Marketplace insurance plans during active enrollment periods. If you do not qualify for an insurance program, a sliding fee scale discount program is available.
